All orders undergo a processing and quality check period before being dispatched.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local public holidays.

Shipping Duration

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carriers, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • Global Shipping: 10–15 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Within the UAE: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across the United Arab Emirates.

  • International Shipping: For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LURA DUBAI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
